RETURNS:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.  All items must be in compliance with product warranty information listed for each vendor below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition.  All products must have original tags, boxes, and original information that were given upon sale of the item.  If the product you received is not working properly, please immediately contact our support team at absolutelyconcealed@gmail.com. Please include your order # and the reason for the return with the package. We appreciate any and all feedback so we can make sure to improve in the future.

EXCHANGES:

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.  If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact our support team at absolutelyconcealed@gmail.com. Please include your order # and the item you’d like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, our team will process the exchange order and you will be notified.

REFUNDS

Must be completed within 14 days of the date of purchase.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your potential refund after inspecting the item. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fees:

Absolutely Concealed will assess a 10% restocking fee on all returned Devices.  We do not reimburse consumers for shipping charges, custom charges, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or any other fees.

SHIPPING

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless an item was damaged or defective.  In this case a return label will be provided for you.

Exchanges and returns shipment is paid by the customer.

If you receive your order and write “return to sender” on it, the shipping we pay once the item is received will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Keep in mind that writing “return to sender” can take up to 6 weeks for us to receive which would put you past the return policy and only allot you store credit.

Additional Warranty Information with invisaWear, Silent Beacon & Dene Adams

invisaWear Warranty:

invisaWear : 1-Year Limited Warranty

invisaWear Technologies warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than invisaWear Technologies and its Authorized Service Centers. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:

The first, which will result in exchanges only, is to return the product to the retailer Absolutely Concealed from whom it was purchased (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Returns should be made within the time period of the retailer’s policy for exchanges. Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits for returns or exchanges.

The second option is to take or send the product (prepaid) to an invisaWear Technologies owned or authorized Service Center for repair or replacement. Proof of purchase may be required from the authorized retailer.

This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Should you have any questions, contact support at invisaWear Technologies. All other guarantees, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed.

Silent Beacon Limited Warranty:

Silent Beacon warrants that your Device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Device arises within the Warranty Period, Silent Beacon will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws, repair or replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device or component(s). This Warranty does not apply where the instructions for use and activation of the Product were not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVICE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary by jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Warranty for App and Services:

We will use reasonable efforts to correct any discovered defects in the App or Services. However, your access to and use of our App and Services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content provided by, or the conduct of, any user and you bear the entire risk of using the App and Services and any interactions with other users. You understand and acknowledge that, in order to function properly, your Silent Beacon Device must be effectively paired with a qualifying smartphone and within the effective Bluetooth® range.  You further understand and acknowledge that you require the latest version of our App software and must be connected to Wi-Fi or within cellular / data range.  Services and App functionality are subject to transmission limitations that may be caused by atmospheric or topographical conditions.  You acknowledge that Silent Beacon shall have no liability under this warranty or any theory of law, equity or tort, for any features, damages or losses where these requirements for proper function are not met or not met fully during the initiation, continuation or termination of any Silent Beacon alert or service. Our App and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the App and Services will be provided uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE APP AND SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. If applicable law requires any warranties with respect to our App or Services, all such warranties are limited in duration to thirty (30) days from the date of your first use or the minimum duration allowed by law.

Coverage of Warranty for Product:

This limited warranty covers only the actual Silent Beacon device.  All user manuals, accessories including USB cord, box and attachment clip are not covered under this warranty.  Furthermore Silent Beacon limited warranty does not cover any products that do not bear the Silent Beacon brand name.

Obtaining Warranty Service:

If, after following the instructions in the user’s manual and quick start guide you are certain that the Device is defective, please take the following steps; (a) carefully check with the place you purchased the Device to see if it is outside their return or limited warranty timeframe; (b) Pack the Product carefully (preferably in its original packaging); (c) include in the packaging all parts, accessories, manuals, and other materials originally packaged with the Product; (d) include in the packaging a copy of the original sales receipt or other evidence of the date of original purchase including purchase order if from absolutleyconcealed.com; (e) include in the packaging a note (i) that describes the defect that has caused you to return the product, and (ii) that includes a day-time phone number where you can be reached; and (g) ship the product to the address below.

Dene Adams Warranty

Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove any tag. Any items sent back without hang tag attached will either be denied and sent back to you or allowed for exchange or store credit.

No refunds are given on an exchange or return received past the return date allowed by Absolutely Concealed. If the item is in resalable condition with tags attached, the late return may be allowed to exchange for product of same value or will be given store credit only. Otherwise the item will be denied and sent back to you.  All returns MUST HAVE a receipt or proof of purchase.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN:

Absolutely Concealed  and/or Dene Adams® CANNOT accept exchanges or returns on item(s) that have been:  

  • DAMAGED
  • SOILED
  • ALTERED
  • WORN
  • WASHED

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless item was received damaged, defective, or it was the wrong item(s). If it meets any of those please email absolutelyconcealed@gmail.com and a return label will be emailed to you for your use.
